Humphreys School of Law as we hear from Bredesen Professor of Law Steven Mulroy discussing voter suppression and the recent Tennessee Supreme Court case of <\/span>Fisher v. Hargett. <\/em>The case vacated a lower court order allowing all eligible voters to vote by absentee ballot in order to avoid contact with COVID-19.\u00a0 Professor Mulroy worked on the case, and his insight should be quite valuable with regards to voting in Tennessee during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
