If a student needs immediate crisis assistance, please call 901-678-2068 during business hours (8:00AM-4:30PM). If a student is experiencing a crisis emergency after hours please call 901-678-HELP (4357).<\/p>\n<p>We also wanted to encourage everyone to practice self-care during this time. \u00a0Please consider checking out other virtual resources on our resource page on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/counseling\/wellness\/mindfulness-support.php\">website<\/a> or on our social media platforms @UofMSHCS for a variety of &#8220;Live Wellness Resources&#8221; in the coming days.
