The University of Memphis School of Law\u00a0is currently accepting applications\u00a0for the\u00a0<strong>Rice, Amundsen, and Caperton, PLLC<\/strong>\u00a0This scholarship will be awarded\u00a0Spring 2020\u00a0to a returning law student who has completed the\u00a0<strong>Family Law<\/strong>\u00a0class and is interested in practicing family law. The scholarship is valued at\u00a0<strong>$1,604<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0comes with\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>paid summer\u00a0intern position with the firm<\/strong>. Interested students can apply at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/memphis.academicworks.com\/users\/sign_in\">Tiger Manager<\/a>. In addition to creating a general application, you must apply for the\u00a0<strong>Rice, Amundsen, and Caperton, PLLC (OSF609)<\/strong>\u00a0scholarship and upload a\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0a personal statement expressing why you are interested in Family Law<\/strong>. The\u00a0absolute\u00a0deadline to apply is\u00a0<strong>January 3, 2020<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Arthur Horne Diversity Scholarship<\/strong> valued at <strong>$1,000<\/strong>. This scholarship will be awarded in the spring and comes with a <strong>paid summer clerkship with the firm<\/strong> at Mr. Horne\u2019s firm. Mr. Horne is a Memphis Law graduate who recently established this scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to a law student who demonstrates diversity and has an expressed interest in litigation and\/or sports management and entertainment law upon graduation. Interested students can apply at <a href=\"https:\/\/memphis.academicworks.com\/users\/sign_in\">Tiger Manager<\/a>. In addition to creating a general application, you must apply for the\u00a0Arthur Horne Diversity Scholarship <strong>(OSF 795)<\/strong>scholarship and upload a\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0a personal statement expressing why you are interested in Litigation and\/or Sports and Entertain Law<\/strong>. This scholarship will be awarded to a law student who demonstrates diversity and has an expressed interest in litigation.
