The Advanced Criminal Prosecution intersession also has a separate sign up process; contact <a href=\"mailto:Danny.S@memphis.edu\">Prof. Schaffzin<\/a> with questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A 1L may not enroll in a simulation course nor a seminar.<\/li>\n<li><u>Before<\/u> completing the survey(s) and requesting to be enrolled, review the courses&#8217;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/law\/current-students\/course-catalog.php\">prerequisites<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Use the link below to complete the survey, beginning October 24 at 8 a.m.\u00a0 Do not attempt the survey before <u>8:00 a.m.<\/u> on Wednesday, October 24.\u00a0 The error message, \u201c<em>Sorry, this survey has not started<\/em>.\u201d will display.<\/li>\n<li>The survey closes at noon on Monday, October 29.<\/li>\n<li>Seats are NOT awarded on a first come-first serve basis. \u00a0\u00a0Date of graduation, and whether a student must have a seminar or simulation course to graduate are deciding factors for who gets a seat in the course. For example, a 3L who plans to graduate in May 2019 and has not completed their Experiential Learning or Advanced Writing requirement will receive a seat before a 3L who has satisfied those requirements.<\/li>\n<li>The survey must be completed to be considered for a simulation course <u>and<\/u> a seminar.<\/li>\n<li>Ranking more courses increases the chance of receiving a seat. <strong>However, students\u00a0should not\u00a0rank courses\u00a0they<\/strong><strong>\u00a0do not want.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>To be considered for more than one simulation course, leave a message in the\u00a0 \u201cNotes for Registrar\u201d box.<\/li>\n<li>Students will only receive a notification of seats received.\u00a0Students will be notified on Friday, November 2. \u00a0<strong><u>No email = No seat.
