Climate Workshops<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Office of Diversity &amp; Inclusion will hold a series of climate workshops for the 2018-2019 academic year and all students, faculty, and staff are invited and encouraged to attend!\u00a0 Our first workshop, <em>\u201cDo I Belong Here?:\u00a0 The Problem with Exclusive Environments,\u201d<\/em> will be held on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Thursday, September 27<sup>th<\/sup> beginning at 11:40 am in Wade Auditorium<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0 The workshop series seeks to create an inclusive culture and improve the overall climate at UM Law while encouraging students, staff, and faculty exploration of self, culture, and society.\u00a0 Future Climate Workshops will address the following topics:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>What is \u201cPrivilege\u201d &amp; Do I have it?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Am I Biased?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Developing a Cultural Competence Journey<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Talking Hard Topics<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please take the time to register for the <a href=\"https:\/\/lawschool.westlaw.com\/manage\/homepage.aspx?task=coursehomepage&amp;courseid=262268\">UM Law Diversity &amp; Inclusion TWEN page<\/a>, to receive Diversity &amp; Inclusion Office emails, find the Law School\u2019s Diversity &amp; Inclusion calendar and a number of other resources.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cecil C.
