The legal department of Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division is seeking a law clerk (intern)\u00a0who would perform various duties. to include the following:<\/p>\n
1. Research<\/p>\n
2. Memoranda<\/p>\n
3. Case File Management<\/p>\n
4. Law Library Updates<\/p>\n
5. Trial Preparation Assistance<\/p>\n
Requirements:\u00a0 Second or third-year law student and must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.<\/p>\n
Students must commit to at least 15 hrs. per week.<\/p>\n
Students should have a driver’s license from state of residence.<\/p>\n
Once selected for an interview, the student will be notified and a time will be arranged to conduct the interview. If selected, the student will be notified of the start date, time, salary and reporting location.<\/p>\n
