Wish you could have enrolled in Appellate Advocacy? Maybe you can! READ THIS!

All students enrolling in Appellate Advocacy must be able to attend Prof. Kritchevsky’s large /all student section on Wednesdays, 10:30-11:45a. However, the small section on Mondays at 10:30-11:45a will not be the only small section offered. Adjunct faculty will offer one or more small sections (the number depends on enrollment).  Those small sections will likely meet Monday or Tuesday evenings.

Consider enrolling in this writing skills course. It builds on Legal Methods II by covering analyzing an issue on appeal, writing an appellate brief, and preparing and delivering an oral argument.  It is tied in with the Advanced Moot Court Competition; the Advanced Moot Court problem is the class problem.  The course satisfies three of the six credits needed for the Experiential Learning graduation requirement.

Please do not hesitate to contact Prof. Kritchevsky with questions.
