Wills for Heroes Pro Bono Clinic: October 10

Due to the overwhelming response of the heroes this past Spring, there will be a second  “Wills for Heroes” Clinic on Saturday, October 10, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  This event will be located at Benjamin L Hooks Central Library, 3030 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38111 and lawyers are needed to draft estate planning documents for our first responders free of charge, serve as a witness to the documents, and/or notarize the documents. Law students are needed to assist the lawyer volunteers and will receive pro bono credit.

Please contact Chasity Grice (cgrice@pgmlawyers.com) as soon as possible if you are available to assist.  There are three shifts, 9-1, 1-5, and all day.  Clinic organizers will do their best to accommodate shift preferences.  Ms. Grice is also in the process of arranging a CLE on Friday, October 9, 2015 for those of you who are interested in learning the basics of estate planning to better assist you in working with the heroes.
