West TN Legal Services (WTLS) provided this information:

WTLS has a program that would be beneficial for any students who might be planning to practice in rural West Tennessee. Through one of our grants, we now have the ability to contract with private attorneys to help our clients who have been victims of violate crime, domestic assault, sexual assault, coercive control after separation, and/or stalking by an intimate partner. This grant opportunity allows for us to provide assistance to victims in post-divorce cases involving enforcement or medication of court orders, such as child support and parenting plans. It also allows for us to handle establishment of and medication of parenting plans where the parties were never married or grandparents seeking custody when the child has been a victim of the crime in certain situations.

Private attorneys who join this program will be compensated at a reduced rate of $75 an hour and reimbursed for reasonable expenses. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are trying to find work as well as anyone who is in a small solo practice.
