Wagner Moot Court Dress Rehearsal

Come support the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition Team next Wednesday, March 22nd, at 7 p.m. in the Historic Courtroom. The Wagner Team will be having its dress rehearsal in advance of leaving the next day for New York Law School to compete in the largest student-run competition in the country and the only moot court competition dedicated to Labor and Employment Law. The Wagner team members are Rebecca Holden, Regan Sherwood and David Moore, and Attorney Tim Perkins (In-House Counsel for AutoZone, Inc. and Appellate Advocacy Adjunct Professor) coaches the team.

The Team has lined up a fantastic judging panel for this year’s dress rehearsal with Federal Magistrate Judge Charmiane Claxton, Attorney Kim Hodges (shareholder at Ogletree Deakins, who previously served as lead counsel for Federal Express Corporation’s Litigation and Employment Group), and Director of Advocacy and Cecil C. Humphreys Professor of Law Barbara Kritchevsky.

The dress rehearsal is a great way for those interested in travel teams and moot court, including those competing in the Freshman Competition, to show their support for the program and see some great advocates in action. We hope to see you next Wednesday!

**1L’s** this would be a great observation to learn tips and skills for the 1L competition!
