Virtual Patent Law Interview Program
We are excited to announce that student registration for the 2026 Loyola Patent Law (Virtual) Interview Program opens on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. This event has a long history of connecting patent law employers with talented law students from across the country for summer associate and post-graduate employment. In 2025, 130 employers, 107 law schools, and approximately 1,100 law students participated. This year’s program is again partnered with Flo Recruit to offer a seamless and efficient experience for all participants from registration through virtual interview sessions.
The interview program will take place virtually on Thursday, June 4 and Friday, June 5, 2026. LPLIP is entirely pre-selected, which means that students apply via Flo Recruit for interviews with employers, and employers will review their applications and select who to interview and extend interview offers. Students will be able to begin bidding on positions starting on Saturday, January 31, but are encouraged to register beginning Tuesday, January 20. Student registration ends on Friday, February 27, 2026. Student application bidding will end on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m..
To participate, students will register using the link provided and pay the $50 registration fee. Students will receive a link in their invoice with their Flo Recruit login information. We invite you to share this registration link with your students beginning on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 to ensure they have the opportunity to participate. Only students are required to register for this event; Law School registration is not necessary.
