US Attorney’s Office Summer Internship in Memphis

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee is looking for a legal intern in its Memphis office. Summer interns will perform research projects, assist in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Interns can also be expected to assist in the assembly of exhibits for trial and drafting of briefs and pleadings. Students may observe hearings and trials of cases on which they are working on or interested in.

Must be a U.S. citizen to apply and will be subjected to a background investigation due to the sensitive nature of the work performed by the office. The internship last 8-10 weeks and is uncompensated.
