Timeline for Posting Fall Grades

Congratulations on completing your Fall 2021 exams! I hope you are all planning lots of time to rest, relax, and enjoy the break!

I suspect that many of you are already anxiously waiting for fall grades to post, so I want to share some information with you about the timeline for posting grades.  Per the Academic Regulations, grades are due to the Registrar’s Office three weeks after the last day of the exam period.  Once grades are submitted, the Registrar’s Office processes them and enters them into Banner manually.  The University officially closes for the winter break on Thursday, December 23, and reopens on Monday, January 4.   Although some grades will post before we close for the break, most grades will post after the break.  If grades for a particular course have not posted by close of business on Wednesday, December 22, they will not post until January 4 at the earliest.
