Applications are now open for the 2026 TFAS Summer Law Fellowship in Washington, D.C.
The TFAS Summer Law Fellowship is a legal internship and academic program that aims to prepare future attorneys to defend the values and ideals of a free society rooted in individual liberty, limited government, free enterprise and constitutional originalism.
Hosted by The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) in partnership with the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, the program runs May 24 – July 25, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
Selected fellows will receive a full-tuition scholarship covering tuition and housing.
