The Memphis Law Summer 2025 Course / Exam schedule is posted.

Additionally, Memphis Law has arranged with the University of Mississippi School of Law to allow eligible students to enroll in summer classes at the University of Mississippi at the Mississippi in-state tuition rate ($2883 for a 3-credit course).  Please refer to the University of Mississippi School of Law Summer 2025 Course Schedule for more information.

Courses taken at other ABA-accredited law schools, like the University of Mississippi School of Law, are eligible for transfer credit pursuant to Academic Regulations 16.5 and 17.  To receive transfer credit for any such course, you must receive permission before enrolling in the course.

Students interested in enrolling in a University of Mississippi School of Law summer course should:

  1. Request permission to enroll in the course for transfer credit using the form available here.
  2. After receiving permission to enroll from Dean Wilson, follow the instructions provided on the University of Mississippi School of Law’s website for visiting/transient students.  (Note: The webpage focuses on transfer students, but this is also the status applied to transient/visiting students, as explained further down the page.)  Please note that the application instructions indicate that academic letters of recommendation are required.  We have confirmed that for a visit of this nature (summer class only), letters of recommendation are not necessary.

If you have any questions, please contact Dean Wilson.
