Spring Break Prosecutor Boot Camp and Beaches Internship for Law Students
2027 Spring Break Prosecutor Boot Camp and Beaches Internship, hosted by the Office of the State Attorney, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Florida. This immersive program offers law students valuable hands-on experience within the criminal justice system.
Key Program Highlights:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Business casual attire required
- Shadow Assistant State Attorneys (ASAs) and observe a variety criminal court proceedings
- Visit the Medical Examiner’s Office, Children’s Advocacy Center, Real Time Police Center, and Law Enforcement Forensic Lab
- Informative presentations from prosecutors, detectives, defense attorneys, and professionals supporting crime victims

- March 8–13, 2027 (Memphis Law Spring Break)
- March 15–19, 2027

There is no program fee. Students are responsible only for their own food, accommodation, and travel. We can recommend convenient hotels, or students may choose their own lodging, including Siesta Key or Lido Beach. Our Sarasota office is just 15 minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and about 1 hour from Tampa and Fort Myers International Airports.
