The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and the Federal Bar Association are pleased to present:

Sixth Circuit Judiciary Panel: Understanding Judicial Decision-making & Practice on Appeal

We will have three Circuit Judges from the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to discuss the process of reviewing, deciding, and writing Court of Appeals decisions as well as advice for prospective litigants on how best to prepare briefs and arguments before the Sixth Circuit. Please come prepared with your questions as time is set aside for Q&A.
