About Zachary Denkensohn

As General Counsel, Denkensohn oversees the franchise’s legal affairs, guiding legal strategy and advising executive leadership on major business initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining the Grizzlies, he spent nine years at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where he served as Counsel in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Denkensohn earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
