SBA Constitutional Amendment

According to Article X, § 2 of the SBA Constitution, in order to amend the SBA Constitution, the proposed amendment must be ratified by a two-thirds (2/3) of those voting in the election in which the proposed amendment is listed. Prior to ratification, the amendment must be posted conspicuously. The election for ratification of the proposed amendment will take place from Tuesday, September 26th at 8 am to Friday, September 29th at 5 pm.

This amendment was proposed to clarify how a part-time student in the Memphis Law community would qualify to run as a student-bar governor with respect to the respective years.
