Chase Madar is a civil rights attorney, journalist, and activist in New York who has written/is writing for TomDispatch, the American Conservative magazine, Le Monde Diplomatique, and the London Review of Books. Furthermore, he is the author of The Passion of Bradley Manning: The Story Behind the Wikileaks Whistleblower, which is a book about the story of Private Bradley Manning, the soldier who is alleged to have leaked nearly half a million classified documents.
Overall, this would be a great learning opportunity, especially for those of us who are interested in practicing civil rights law or those who have a military background.
