The Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB), an office within the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) is currently hiring for several Judicial Law Clerk positions.

Judicial Law Clerks are responsible for assisting Administrative Patent Judges with their statutory duties. The clerkship provides invaluable insight into how the USPTO and the PTAB operates and how the PTAB makes and processes decisions. It also offers the opportunity to develop and hone researching, analytical, writing, and communication skills at the highest levels within patent law.
