Rhythm, Reading, & the River – THIS FRIDAY

As part of the ongoing Promenade project, of which the law school is a proud partner, there will be a free concert on the back lawn of the Cossitt Library next door to the law school THIS Friday night, Oct. 16 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

The Memphis Music Commission is hosting this first installment of “Rhythm, Reading, & the River,” with local bands Mason Jar Fireflies and The Passport. Come grab a drink, get some food and listen to some Memphis music on the banks of the river while you watch the sunset.

There will be beer from High Cotton Brewery and the Steel Grill Food Truck will be on-hand providing food. Feel free to bring your lawn chairs and blankets and sit back and enjoy the show!
