Ratification Vote on SBA Constitutional Amendments
A ratification vote on three proposed amendments to the SBA Constitution will run from March 16th through March 21st.
All current students will be entitled to vote on the proposed amendments. In order for the proposed amendment to be ratified and become effective, 2/3 of the students casting a vote must approve of each amendment.
Per Article X, Section 2(B) of the SBA Constitution, proposed amendments to the SBA Constitution must be posted conspicuously for at least two weeks prior to a ratification vote by the full student body. This post and the attached memorandum summarizing the proposed amendments constitute the mandatory posting.
