Professor Kiel to Present Lecture at Boston Univ. – Streaming available

On Monday, March 25, Professor Kiel will deliver a lecture as part of the Boston University School of Law’s Barbara Jordan Speaker Series on Race, Law, and Inequality. The talk will examine the contrasting views of Black citizenship that have transformed the Supreme Court and will draw from his recent book, The Transition: Interpreting Justice from Thurgood Marshall to Clarence Thomas.
