On Wednesday, September 24 at noon in Wade Auditorium, The Mental Health Law & Policy Journal invites the law school community to hear its own Professor Steve Mulroy present on a recent Sixth Circuit capital murder case for which he successfully wrote an amicus brief on behalf of a coalition of mental health organizations regarding the definition of “intellectually disabled” for purposes of being constitutionally exempt from the death penalty. A brief Question & Answer session will follow and pizza will be served.
