October Estate Planning Clinic with Butler Snow LLP
Date: October 29 and 30, 2025
Time: Flexible appointment times on both days
Location: Virtual
Description: WTLS is partnering with Butler Snow LLP to host a virtual estate planning clinic. Volunteers will assist clients with drafting wills, powers of attorney, and advanced directives. A virtual training on the legal automation software used to create the documents will occur prior to the clinic on 10/29.

November Estate Planning Legal Clinic
November Expungement Clinic & Resource Fair with the Memphis Bar Association, Access to Justice Committee
Date: November 22, 2025
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Hickory Hill Community Center
Description: WTLS is partnering with the Memphis Bar Association, Access to Justice Committee and several other organizations for an in-person expungement clinic and resource fair. Volunteers will assist clients with reviewing criminal histories, determining expungement eligibility, and connecting clients with other resources. A volunteer training will occur onsite before the start of the clinic.
