Post-Grad and Summer Jobs with the IRS

From the IRS Associate Area Counsel:

My name is William Kiessling and I am the Managing Counsel for the Office of Chief Counsel (Internal Revenue Service) in Nashville, Tennessee. Our office would like to begin actively recruiting and interviewing at the University of Memphis. I am representing our larger office, 52 field offices and our National office. We have over a thousand attorneys positions in our organization. I’m not certain whether there will be on-campus interviewing this fall at the University of Memphis but, if not, we can handle interviews virtually with a video conference or by phone. I write to send you the links to the USAJOBS “applications” for Summer Interns for 2021 and Honors Program Attorneys (for those graduating in May 2021):

Also, if you or a potential candidate has any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me either by e-mail, William.W.Kiessling@irscounsel.treas.gov , or by phone (Telework number: 615-294-8874).
