Patterson Bray seeks a Law clerk to assist with business formation and civil litigation. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a JD/MBA program or are familiar business formation, including the LLC code. Additionally , the ideal candidate will transition from a law clerk to an attorney upon passing the Tennessee bar exam. The role includes assisting attorneys in personal injury matters, family law, and commercial litigation. Compensation negotiable. Anticipated start date November 1, 2022.
