Planning to enroll in a seminar or simulation course next semester? READ THIS!

Students wishing to enroll in simulation courses or a seminar … listen up!

No Survey = No class

Be sure to read the blog on Tuesday, October 23, because signup instructions for these courses, and a link to a survey,  will be posted. Because simulation and seminar courses are limited to 12 students,  you must complete this survey in order to enroll in these courses. You will be asked to rank the courses you have an interest in, and the Registrar’s office will notify you which course you were assigned.

Graduating 3Ls will have an advantage over 2Ls. Students not receiving a seat in their first choice course can say “Yay!” or “No way!” to the course they are assigned.  A waitlist will be created for simulation or seminar courses that fill.

The simulation courses include Divorce Law, Negotiation and Mediation, Discovery, Legal Drafting: Litigation, Legal Drafting: Contracts and Trial Advocacy.

The seminars include Feminist Jurisprudence seminar, Legal Ethics seminar, and Advanced Brief Writing seminar.
