Part Time Law Clerk Position for 2L/3L interested in Family Law

Rice Caperton Rice, PLLC seeks part-time law clerks for the 2021-2022 academic year. Clerks will assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants with drafting documents, client correspondence, and courtroom preparation, among other administrative tasks. Clerks will gain practical legal experience through both formal and informal internal training and experiential learning opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking driven 2L or 3L students who have a demonstrated interest in family law and strong interpersonal skills.

Law Review/Moot Court and non-smokers preferred, though all are welcome to apply.

Compensation is $15 per hour. Position only open until filled.
