Open Nominations for SGA Senator-Elect

The Student Government Association is still seeking nominations for any current first-year law students who are interested in serving in the SGA for two years – as Senator-Elect during his or her second year of law school and Senator during his or her third year of law school.

The Senator-Elect serves as a voting member on the executive board of the Student Bar Association and as a non-voting member of the SGA until his or her third year of law school (at which time he or she effectively becomes SGA Senator).

If you or someone you know would be interested in becoming the law school’s SGA Senator-Elect, please submit a nomination (stating the name of the interested party along with an indication of your intent to nominate them) to lmmstain@memphis.edu.
