Cecil C. Climate Workshops

The Office of Diversity & Inclusion will hold a series of climate workshops for the 2018-2019 academic year and all students, faculty, and staff are invited and encouraged to attend!  Our first workshop, “Do I Belong Here?:  The Problem with Exclusive Environments,” will be held on Thursday, September 27th beginning at 11:40 am in Wade Auditorium.   The workshop series seeks to create an inclusive culture and improve the overall climate at UM Law while encouraging students, staff, and faculty exploration of self, culture, and society.  Future Climate Workshops will address the following topics:

 What is “Privilege” & Do I have it?

Am I Biased?

Developing a Cultural Competence Journey

Talking Hard Topics
