Need a name change?

Have you considered having your middle name spelled out, a suffix added or adding your middle name to your record? If so, a Name Change form is required.

Stop by the Registrar’s office for the form. Be sure to bring your driver’s license or passport that includes the information you want to be added.

Graduating 3Ls deadline:  Tomorrow! Tuesday, February 27 by 3:00 p.m.
