National Moot Court Team Dress Rehearsal (11/7)

The National Moot Court Team will be holding a dress rehearsal on Tuesday (11/7) at 7 p.m. in the Historic Court Room.  Come support Escarlet Escobar and Alan Matthews as they prepare for the Regional Round hosted at Vanderbilt University this upcoming weekend.  The problem involves a First Amendment retaliatory arrest claim and a Fourth Amendment claim regarding standing to challenge the search of a rental car.  Hope to see you there.
