Loan Deferment Forms

Many of you may have loan deferment forms that need to be completed once classes begin.

Below are instructions for how to get these important forms completed in a timely manner.

1. Bring all forms to Room 262 (second floor, administration wing)
2. Drop your forms off in the box on my desk.
3. Please allow for 48 hours (2 business days) for your forms to be completed.

You do not need to email or call to follow-up as I will personally email you when they have been completed.

Once they are completed I will email, fax, or mail (whichever is indicated on the form) to the correct recipient.
