REMINDER: Law Student Diversity Committee Application
***APPLICATION DEADLINE AUGUST 29TH, 2014 at NOON*****
Greetings!
The Student Affairs Office of Diversity is now accepting applications for the Fall 2014 Law Student Diversity Committee.
All eligible students are welcome to apply! Previous participants include student leaders and members of SBA, Law Review, BLSA, PALS, Mental Health Law Journal, and more.
Per eligibility criteria, the law student must:
- Have a minimum 2.5 law G.P.A and
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Your presence and participation is essential to meeting the goals of this committee. As a member, you will be asked to participate as follows:
- Attend monthly committee meetings;
- Complete diversity training**;
- Assist with diversity programs; and
- Create a law and diversity presentation to present at an area high school**
