If you are sitting for the July 2018 Bar in Tennessee:
- The Tennessee Bar application closes May 20.
If you are not sitting for the July 2018 Bar in any state:
- Please let me know.
- If you have notified me, thank you!
Want to check something off your list?
- Print the Law Degree Verification form.
- Have the Authorization and Release of Applicant page notarized (I am a notary public!).
- Turn the form in to me [Room 264] by FRIDAY, MAY 11.
- You do not have to have your application completed to turn in this form. So, don’t wait.
- I will complete and mail the form to the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners.
- If you have already turned in your form, Hooray!
- Good news! I began mailing forms this week.
IMPORTANT: Students sitting for the Bar in a different jurisdiction, you will have a similar form to be completed. The title of the form may vary by state, but all states require verification of your degree. Be sure to have your form turned in to me in enough time for me to submit by the state’s deadline.
