Invitation for Students Interested in Privacy Law
Interested in PRIVACY LAW?
I am reaching out on behalf of the IAPP (International Association for Privacy Professionals), I was recently appointed to a Co-Chair position of our local KnowledgeNet chapter. We are seeking to expand our membership and provide opportunities to local people interested in learning more about Privacy professions.
I would love to discuss ways that we could promote attendance from aspiring lawyers in the Memphis area. We meet 4 times a year and discuss a variety of topics, it would be a great networking opportunity as well. My contact information is in my signature if you are interested in discussing further. I am including our official IAPP invite link, I don’t expect that many students are IAPP members today unless the University has a partnership or subscription for them to use. If anyone encounters issues signing up feel free to just point them to my contact- we want to have as many people attend as possible while we are entering the new year and seeking to grow awareness for the Privacy profession.
