Immigration Summer Legal Corps: Apply by February 18

With less than two weeks left before applications for the Immigration Summer Legal Corps (ISLC) close, we wanted to remind you of some helpful links to share with your students as they’re preparing their applications:
  • Visit our  PROGRAM PAGE to learn more about the program itself, including eligibility requirements.
  • Read the varying project descriptions for each ISLC host site.
  • Review the “Law Student Frequently Asked Questions” for answers to any questions you or your students might have.
  • Listen to a recording of our “Immigration Summer Legal Corps Application Overview and Tips” webinar..
To apply, students must list their top three project preferences and submit a resume and a personal statement describing their interest in the program.
If you know of students who are flexible with where they can work during the summer and are not sure which host organization(s) to apply to, have them reach out to either Brooke or Sarah at students@equaljusticeworks.org for advice on where to apply.
