How to File a Lawsuit
Please join Mr. Baker Yates of Bailey & Greer on a walk through the process of filing a lawsuit. Mr. Yates will take ten (10) students from the Law School to the Circuit Court filing counter on November 16, 2022 at 12:00 PM (noon).
This firsthand experience will expose you to the initial process for filing suit. The first TEN students will be selected!
