HIPAA in Litigation & Research CLE – moderated by Prof. Brobst

The Memphis Bar Association Young Lawyers Division will host an in-person CLE this Thursday, July 17 from 5-6 p.m. titled, “HIPAA in Litigation and Research,” which will discuss HIPAA fundamentals and HIPAA application in medical research, tort litigation, and recent Tennessee cases. The CLE will be moderated by Memphis Law professor Jennifer Brobst. Panelists include Cara Baer (Butler Snow), Justin Joy (Lewis Thomason), and Matt May (Rosenblum & Reisman). There will be a special happy hour at Bardog immediately following the CLE.

The event is free to law students and law school faculty/staff.
