Graduate Assistant Position – Law Student
Office of Sponsored Programs – Division of Research & Innovation

Fall 2021 (20hrs per week)
(August 23 – December 31, 2021) Option to renew per semester

Salary $2,500 per Month plus Tuition Waiver

Duties: Assist with drafting and reviewing non-monetary contracts/agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Data Use Agreements (DUA), Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), and No Cost Extensions (NCE).
