The Freshman Moot Court Competition informational is Monday, February 17, 2020 at 12:00 pm in Wade. Come learn about the competition requirements, getting a half credit for participating, and competition dates. The problem is about “whether to extend a requirement to disclose exculpatory material for criminal defendants to the plea bargaining stage”. This is great practice for your Legal Methods graded round, and counts as a prerequisite for joining the Moot Court Board.
