Exam IDs and Exam4 Instructions
Students: Please check your memphis.edu email. Cheryl Edwards has emailed your Spring 2016 exam ID and the Exam4 Instructions. If you did not receive the message, please contact her at cheryl.edwards@memphis.edu.
The Exam4 software is now available. You must download the latest edition. This requirement does apply to students who used the Exam4 software for a semester mid-term.
Please review the updated instructions before downloading. Once you have downloaded and installed the software, use the “S16 Practice Exam” entry to launch the software and verify that you can submit your exam. You should receive the following box when your exam has been submitted successfully:
If you do not receive this green box after completing a practice exam, or have any problems with the software, contact lawit@memphis.edu or go by the IT office room 209 as soon as possible. Do not wait until the day of the exam to take a practice exam! It is your responsibility on the day of the exam to make sure that your computer is working properly, including getting electrical power from the AC plug, and running the Exam 4 software properly.
An IT professional will be present at every exam and available to assist with any problems that may arise before, during, or after the exam.
