Fundamentals of Bar Exam Writing is a 2-credit elective with limited enrollment. The course details were provided in an earlier post and are included again below. Enrollment is now open and will remain open through March 26. To sign up for this course, please fill out the Fundaments of Bar Exam Writing Sign-Up Sheet. If you receive a seat in the course, you will receive an email from Professor Harris by March 29. Course Description:  The Multistate Essay Exam (MEE) requires examinees to know the rules of law, understand how the rules are applied to various hypotheticals, and effectively communicate their knowledge of the law and ability to apply it in writing. This course offers students a question-based approach to essay exams in the context of three substantive subjects. The subjects may vary from year to year but currently include Evidence, Agency/Partnership, and Real Property. This course will also review techniques and strategies for responding to different types of the Multistate Performance Test (MPT).
