Duberstein & Wagner Tryout Information

ATTENTION: 2Ls and 3Ls interested in trying out for the Duberstein and/or Wagner Travel Teams:

Tryouts for the Duberstein Team will be held next Monday (11/13) and Tuesday (11/14) beginning at 5pm.

Tryouts for the Wagner Team will be held next Monday (11/13) and Wednesday (11/15) beginning at 5pm.

Tryouts will consist of you conducting a moot style argument before members/coaches of the current team. It is recommended that you use either your oral argument from the Advanced Moot Court Competition or your oral argument from the Freshman Moot Court Competition. After your argument, there will likely be a short interview.

If you are interested in trying out for either team, send the following documents to Chief Justice Matt Stombaugh (mdstmbgh@memphis.edu) by this Friday at 5pm:

  • Cover Letter (indicating the specific team you’re interested in)
  • Resume
  • Writing Sample
In addition to those documents, please indicate your availability for the days listed for tryouts for the purpose of scheduling your tryout.
