Disability Resources for Students Law Appointments

Dear Students,

While I had planned to be at the Law School to meet with students on April 1, I must cancel that visit. Students who need to complete their Spring 2020 Semester Plans to activate accommodations, those who need to finalize their registration, and those who have questions about academic accommodations in Law School (or on the Bar) are still encouraged to schedule meetings with me. For your convenience (and safety!) those appointments can be arranged as in-person, phone, or other avenues as needed. If you would like to schedule an appointment to speak with me, please call our office at 901-678-2880. Most meetings are 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what you need to discuss. Returning Law School students are welcome to go to DRS Online (through our website: www.memphis.edu/drs ) to activate their accommodations and we will take it from there.

Administration at the Law School, like on the main campus, is working with faculty to ensure accessibility for our disabled students. If you feel adjustments are needed in the online environment to get the equal access/opportunity you need, please contact me so we can discuss any disability-related needs you may have. If accommodations were already set-up for the semester, please (as always) let me know what isn’t working so we can address those issues as well.
