CDC Student COVID-19 Survey
We need your help to bring Tigers BACK Together!
The UofM is currently working toward a fall 2021 return to campus. To help us realize this goal, we need your help! We want to know your thoughts and concerns on mask use, vaccination and COVID-19 testing.
The University of Memphis is partnering with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in a national survey of college students to understand students’ views on promoting a healthier campus. Our goal is to make our campus as safe as possible.
By completing the survey, you will be entered to win one of five $100 gift cards! The survey is only available until April 26.
