Brief word on posting final grades …

With exam season upon us, I write to share some information about the timeline for posting final grades. Per the Academic Regulations, grades are due to the Registrar’s Office three weeks after the last day of the exam period or January 2, 2026. Once professors submit grades, the Registrar’s Office processes them and enters them into the system. The University officially closes for the winter break at the close of business on Tuesday, December 23, and reopens on Friday, January 2. Grades will not post during the break.
