Dear 2L & 3L Students:

The following spring courses cover subjects that may be tested on the Tennessee bar exam:

Sales
Commercial Paper
Criminal Procedure I
Decedents’ Estates
Professional Responsibility
Commercial Law (survey course including Sales, Commercial Paper, and Secured Transactions; students who have completed more than one of these courses may not enroll in Commercial Law)
